Strategic & Tactical planning is done once per year, may take several days to complete, is done off site and results in a detail report that each member of the executive team has the responsibility to see it through to completion.

This program was initially developed for a very large global corporation. It is a process of implementing programs that help meet growth and revenue goals. It is for difficult problems and challenges that transcends people, departments, technology and  end-users.

Although this is called a logical selling process, it has less to do with selling than problem identification that often span many intercompany disciplines. It usually involves many employees in various divisions and with multiple sets of responsibilities. The selling process is a methodology to uncover and write a problem description which lends itself to a set of solutions that ultimately have a tremendous impact on revenues and profits.
